Place brick in a clean container. Add approximately 1 gallon of water and allow to expand for about 10 minutes. Mix material by hand and spread across desired area of enclosure

Add water to expand compressed brick into loose substrate. Allow material to fully expand, then mix and spread evenly across the terrarium. Maintain a bedding depth of approximately 1 to 2 inches
